Freedom is just a word when your voice can not be heard! In A place where silence is golden, my words are empty. In a home where my brothers dwell, I am alone. In the world I have an Army of friends who I can not touch. I depend on strangers who are trained to distrust me, but I still feel compelled to request compassion and the smallest amount of respect is very rare. I am living proof that the world is bitter, corrupt and envious of power. Wanting to live a productive life in the world is only a dream when the sun goes down, it is a flicker of hope when the sun rises. My life will never be shattered or torn apart just so another may live free as a liar or greedy. I will prevail, I will be freed!

In June 1996 Floyd was accused of robbery by force, kidnapping for extortion and burglary and possession of a firearm (which was dropped because there was no firearm) and was facing 200 years. He should have been granted a new trial after the criminal court of appeals reversed and dismissed the firearm charges because there was never a firearm nor was there one recovered the witnesses lied on the stand. The kidnapping charges were bogus because the alleged victim was coerced into lying because he was 16 years old or for whatever reason, he states that the authorities wanted to get rid of Floyd for good. The robbery and burglary did happen but the actual perp admitted to doing the crimes and that Floyd never was involved with them, he acted alone. When it was brought up in trial it was never spoke of again. The victim of the robbery gave a totally different description of the perp and only knew Floyd's face because when Floyd was taken to the restroom, at one point of the trial, the witness was sitting on the witness bench outside of the court room and as he walked by the witness the DA pointed him out to the witness and said "that's Floyd Jump right there" the deputy who was escorting Jump heard him and brought it up in court and nothing happened. Jump was never put in a lineup and as I said the person who actually committed the crimes told them that he did it himself. Now we have affidavits from the alleged kidnap victim and the actual perp of the robbery/burglary stating that Floyd was not at that woman's house because he was riding with the alleged kidnap victim the affidavits are posted on the Justice For Floyd Jump page. I hope this explains it. They were both tried and convicted at the same time, in the same court room for the same crimes and its written in his legal work that Floyd was acting in concert with someone. He was approximately 2 miles from where the burglary/robbery happened so he was more or less charged with being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
